EXPEDITED & STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during checkout

  • Orders placed by 12pm EST will usually ship same day

  • Delivery to post office boxes is not currently available

  • Saturday delivery is not available at this time

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*

  • We currently offer shipping to select regions

  • Orders usually ship within 1-12 business days unless otherwise noted

  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time

*PLEASE NOTE: International shipping is available for select products only, not all products qualify. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Receiving customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes. We cannot adjust customs values.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

  • FREE on all orders shipped to an address in the lower 48 U.S. states only

  • All freight shipments must be signed for by an adult upon delivery

  • A shipping surcharge may apply for limited access areas

  • Orders usually ship within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted

  • $200 Flat Rate Freight to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

Important Information about your Freight Delivery. Your order will be delivered curbside on a full-size 18 wheeler.

You are responsible:

  • Be available to receive and sign for freight delivery

  • Noting damage and/or missing items on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing

If you do not make note of these issues in any way on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items. By signing your name on the delivery receipt without declaring these exceptions, you are stating that you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.

Upon inspection, if any piece of the shipment is damaged or missing:

  • Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ex. "missing 3 pieces", "holes in packaging", "multiple dents on the espresso machine", etc).

  • Keep your copy of the delivery receipt (ex. take a photo with your phone)

  • Contact us within 1 business day

  • Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection

  • Take photos of the damaged items and all packaging

SHIPPING NOTES

  • Packages do not ship on all major U.S. holidays

  • Please see specific product pages for current shipping lead times

  • We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order

  • Estimated shipping and arrival dates are not guaranteed

  • Weather delays, backorders, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact lead times

  • All major shipping carriers have suspended their service guarantee

    • As such, if your expedited order arrives late, we cannot refund you the cost of shipping
